Ditha Untiveros
Community Director & Outreach
Ditha was born in a small town in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She grew up in an farm, being the third child of four. At the age of 19 she decides to move to the city of La Paz, where she worked by day and studied by night to obtain a major with much effort. Her sense of family duty led her to become a support for her parents and sibblings, and later her own children. After graduating in accounting, she got a job at ASFI or the equivalent to the FED in the U.S. She climbed up the ranks and built a career in Risk Management for the financial system in Bolivia, becoming a powerhouse in the industry. She had been serving local churches for almost 15 years before she became a pastor.
Ditha is a mom of 3 and a grandma. Her resilience has inspired hundreds over the years to overcome fear and trust in God. Ditha is a natural people person that turns hearts wherever she goes, she is a mentor, a long-winded and cheerful evangelist. Ditha is currently a master’s candidate in Strategic Ministerial Leadership focused on Self-sustained Projects Development.

Nila Telleria
Community Director & Outreach
Nila was born in Chulumani, a small town in La Paz, Bolivia. While this is a beautiful place, her parents didn’t think the town could provide a good education for her, so her family moved to the city of La Paz. She pursued a professional career in nutrition.
Earlier in her career she worked for ONAMFA, a former government entity taking care of orphans. Later, she became an entrepreneur and worked with a global beauty brand carrying the franchise through every major city in Bolivia. Her work took her through the largest capitals of the world, working alongside of international experts. Later, Nila became a pastor at her church. She is obsessed with talking about the good news of the gospel. Nila is a proud mom of 2 and a grandma. Nila is a self-proclaimed evangelist, one of her favorite places to preach are the corners of the farmer’s market. Currently Nila is doing a masters in Biblical Counseling.

Carmiña Santamaria
Co-founder
Carmiña was born in La Paz, Bolivia. She adapted to change early in her life, from living with her grandma in the country side to moving back to La Paz and changing multiple schools. Carmiña witnessed first hand the poverty of the streets of Bolivia and the desire to help the needy was seeded. Former IBMer, worked inside big mining projects inside Bechtel before becoming a high-tech entrepreneur. She is an advocate for women’s empowerment, Carmi built multiple companies from hardware to software. Currently supporting several organizations through growth marketing and business strategy.

Mark Lorkowski
Co-founder
Mark was born in Tallmadge, Ohio. Mark grew up in a large family with Italian and Polish background and he’s seen the eyes of poverty in many ways. His family invested in his early education and extra-curricular activities. Engineer by trait, Mark is an outlier at anything he does, which helped him pursue a career as a deep-tech entrepreneur. Mark led the development of break-through technologies and built multiple companies from 0 to 8-digit revenue generating. Advocate for change, unjustice and broken systems are what make him move. Resilient, crafty and strategic-minded. Mark is currently building a platform that can change how governance works for good.
Mark and Carmiña are married and they have lived in more than 10 countries and multiple cities through the last 7 years.

Brenda Galindo
Assistant Project Manager
Bren was born and raised in Ecatepec, the outskirts of the State of Mexico, also labeled as the “most dangerous district for women”. Bren grew up in a family of five. She got to live first hand the effects of short-sighted economic policies and social neglect. Graphic designer by trait with experience in tech startups operations, project management, and educational support for children. Supporter of women's and LGBTQ rights. She is driven by a passion for innovative projects that positively impact the future of communities.
